Billing Terms

All H3llo services — including internet, VoIP, mobile, and AI agent plans — are invoiced one month in advance, with payment due on the 20th of the month.

Any additional usage (e.g. extra minutes) is invoiced in arrears on the same invoice.

Your first invoice is typically sent at the end of the starting month. It includes:

Pro-rated charges from your start date to the end of that month (arrears)
One month in advance for the following month
Any applicable connection costs

These terms apply to all H3llo services: mobiles, VoIP, internet, and AI services.
