The agent finds the caller on your board, then adds the call to their item or opens a new one.
What the agent does
- Find the caller by their phone number on your contacts or CRM board.
- Create an item on the board you choose, with the caller, the address and what they need in its columns.
- Add an update to an item that's already there, saying what the call was about.
Each of these is switched on per customer. If you don't want the agent creating anything, it can look up and nothing more.
How it works with monday.com
monday.com runs on boards, so the agent works the way your board does. A caller you already have gets an update on their item, so the call sits in its feed with everything else. New work becomes an item on the board you pick, filled in the columns your team already uses.
What your team sees
monday.com contacts show up in the app's contact search and on the ring screen, so you know who it is before you pick up.
It’s the same lookup the agent uses, so the card on the ring screen and the customer the agent found are one and the same. More about H3llo Phone.
How it's connected
Connected by the H3llo team with an API token from your monday.com account. You tell us which board new work goes on.
Run monday.com? Get the agent on your number.
Tell us what you run and we’ll set it up with you. No self-serve sign-up, on purpose: a person connects it and checks it before the first call.
